US military M-103 1 ½ ton Cargo Trailer

M-103 trailers were built for a variety of uses, some were generator trailers, some carried fuel or water tanks. They are rated for 1 ½ tons off road and 3 tons on road. They have 9:00 x 20 tires, a lunette ring for towing, a fold up landing leg with a dolly wheel, a safety leg under the rear of the trailer, air over hydraulic trailer brakes, Manual parking brakes. They are seven feet wide, the bed is 10 ft. 3 in. long. The overall length is 14 ft. 8 in. There is 50 inches between the fenders.

This trailer has no military lights or intravehicular cable. There are brackets under the rear that will accommodate civilian tail lights. There are sockets for top bows but this trailer does not come with them. The tires look pretty good. We believe that the air/hydraulic brakes and parking brakes work but have not tested them. One safety chain is missing. Otherwise the trailer should be in serviceable condition.
