The best way to place an order or reach me is to send me an E-mail to bob@wingsandthingsmilitaria.com or you may call me at (540) 661-2793 and of course you could see me at one of the shows which I attend.
Please click on the events button to check the schedule for location dates. If you send an E-mail, a response will be returned to you within three days unless I am on travel.

GRADING SCALE FOR COLLECTIBLES:
I try to obtain collectible items in the best condition that I can, but please remember that most of these items are over 60 to 100 years old and should be treated in such a manner as not to damage or destroy them.
I use a scale from 1 to 10 as a way of rating items, along with a description as to age, soiling, fading, repairs, or possible corrosion to hardware, 1 being the lowest of the scale, meaning that an item is in VERY POOR CONDITION, and 10 being the highest, meaning NEW OLD STOCK or in an UNISSUED CONDITION.
I DO CARRY REPRODUCTIONS IN MY INVENTORY. ALL REPRODUCTION ITEMS ARE CLEARLY MARKED AS SUCH.
RETURN POLICY: Please read carefully!
I offer a 100% satisfaction guaranteed or your money back policy less the shipping or freight charges. Unless an item has been specified "No Refunds" at time of sale or auction or if the items have been severly damaged by mishandling or abuse after it left my control. These are few of the instances where I do not offer a return policy on items.
Most items that are shipped are insured for the value of the item, if you receive something and you don't like it, just send it back within a reasonable amount of time (10 days from time of purchase) for a refund of purchase price.
I try to do the research on items using all possible resources such as museums, original issue tech manuals, field manuals, and other written reference materials to give the most honest, fair and best description as to condition and what it is and what it was used for that I can, however, I can and sometimes do make mistakes, so please do not hesitate to point out my error to me.
All I ask is that you return it in the same condition that you received it and pay the return freight charge. Just please call ahead and let me know that something is coming back. No problem, you will receive a full refund on the item less shipping. It's that simple.
