Early 1930's or WW II U.S. Naval Officer's Mess Spoon

Early 1930's or WW II U.S. Naval Officer's mess spoon, marked on the front side at the tip with inlayed anchor (see close up photos) and marked on the back side at the tip with the letters USN. I am not sure of the exact time period but I am thinking it is maybe in the early 1930's or WW II. The spoon is maker marked International Silver Co. however there is no other marking indicating if it is made of sterling silver. Although with the detail design and quality of this item one would think that it would be made of sterling. It is certainly a very nice addition for anyone's U.S. Navy Collection. This item is in excellence condition.
